With expressions between ‘EXTEND AGAIN AH?’ and ‘GOOD LAH, GOVERNMENT SHOULD EXTEND TO AVOID FURTHER SPREADING OF COVID19’..
Chup. Before addressing today’s topic - Salam Ramadhan, guys! 😊 Ok. Continuing. So, as we were saying earlier, some of us had very mixed opinions about the extension of the MCO. It's not just us who are frustrated with the current pandemic that we are facing, the whole world is also going through the same battle – some countries worse than others. What has changed and what remained constant through the first phase of the MCO till the upcoming fourth phase? For us, the main thing that changed throughout this phase is the decreasing number of cases that was reported every now and then over the course of the MCO phase 3. Hats off to our frontliners for sacrificing and putting their own lives on the line just to save another life. The only thing our government has and keeps stressing is to increase our hygiene and practice social distancing – especially when we leave our homes to buy groceries etc. As good citizens, it is wise to listen to our frontliners, our government when they keep advising us to stay at home. Your one action could make a big difference. Take the extra measure, sanitize always, maintain social distancing, avoid crowded areas. In the meantime, while we are at home unable to carry on with our usual routines, take it as a good time to look at the MCO in a different perspective. Pick up new hobbies (like we did – you can check our video out on our social media pages), try new recipes, learn something different etc. While you’re busy with your new found hobbies, don’t forget your ‘lepak kaki’ lah. Houseparty, Facetime or Zoom with them and keep in touch still. Try different activities and come up with your own challenges! So, #dudukrumah guys. Make a change. Always remember, your every gesture counts. That’s all from your pixies today. We hope all of you are keeping safe – until we meet again. Xoxo, Your Pixies.

FixiesWe came up with the whole name when we said we wanted to help 'fix' other's social media problems. And as two females moving into this venture, Fixie Dust seemed to fit the bill! Archives
